Digital onboarding

As an approved Suitable Certifier, you can now apply to use the IFA Paperless app process allowing you to complete the account opening process with your clients completely online.

Qualifying referrers need only:

• Complete the application form to use this digital onboarding tool
• Once authorised, download and install the iPad-only app
• Use the app within any 30-day period to avoid deactivation of the app

All applications are still subject to usual onboarding checks.
